In Direct Control, all common light functions can be directly selected and activated (except Boost, SOS, Alpine Distress Signal, Automatic Emergency Light, Transportation Lock, Timer and Interval).
Clicking on a function will prompt it to turn on:
- Continuous white light: Stepless light output selection via fading bar and three preset levels (Power, Mid Power, Low Power). Output is always regarded as percentage of what is possible at a given time (depends on heat and battery level).
- Continuous red light: Stepless light output selection via fading bar and three preset levels (Power, Mid Power, Low Power). Output is always regarded as percentage of what is possible at a given time (depends on heat and battery level).
- White/red blink: Three blink presets (Blink, Pulse, Position)
Memory function does not work with Direct Control. Once the lamp has been turned off and on again via a physical switch in Direct Control, the lamp will continue with the most recent switch profile program that has been sent to the lamp. The light function that has been set via Direct Control before will not be memorized.
