- Make sure, the most recent Ledlenser Connect app version is installed on your smartphone. If this is not the case, please first deinstall the current Ledlenser Connect app from your device, then download the latest Ledlenser Connect app from the app store and install it.
- Make sure, location services and Bluetooth function of your smartphone are activated.
- Disconnect the app manually via “leave icon” and retry the connection procedure.
- If it does not help, force the app to stop and retry the connection procedure.
- If it does not help, apply the factory reset: keep pushing power switch for 8 sec. or select factory reset in app, see “Factory Reset” for details) -> any individually stored switch profile and active timer will be deleted and can be set up again via app.
