- Make sure, the most recent Ledlenser Connect app version is installed on your smartphone. If this is not the case, please first deinstall the current Ledlenser Connect app from your device, then download the latest Ledlenser Connect app from the app store and install it.
- Check, if a firmware update is available for your Ledlenser lamp. If a firmware update is available, please execute the update (see also: “MH11 / iH11R - How to recognise and perform a firmware update”).
- Make sure, location services of smartphone are activated.
- Disconnect the app manually via “leave icon” and retry the connection procedure.
- If it does not help, force the app to stop and retry the connection procedure.
- If it does not help, force the app to stop, open and close battery cap (LED will shortly blink) and retry the connection procedure (reset procedure) -> any set timer function will stop and have to be set up again. Reset procedure may also work with unexpected lamp errors, even when lamp is not connected to app.
